ViralVault AI operates ViralVault AI at https://viralvault.fit. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form).

Purchase data — the products you bought, transaction references, and plan entitlements. Card details are handled by our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.

Content data — the websites, media, products, and text you create with the Service.

Support data — messages, tickets, and correspondence you send us.

Technical data — IP address, browser type, and log entries generated when you use the Service, retained for security and troubleshooting.

Usage analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly statistics about page views and traffic on sites built with the Service. These are stored as daily totals and are not used to build individual visitor profiles.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent for marketing email at any time.
