These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ViralVault AI (the "Service"), operated by ViralVault AI, available at https://viralvault.fit. By purchasing, registering for, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is used in a way that harms other users or the Service.

Subject to payment and continued compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to build, publish, and operate websites with it.

The scope of your licence depends on the plan and upgrades you purchased. Limits such as the number of websites, products, or client sites are defined by your plan at the time of purchase.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Service itself, except where an Agency, Whitelabel, or Franchise licence expressly permits it;
• copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or to engage in any activity that would place the Service at legal or reputational risk;
• share a single account with people outside your organisation to circumvent plan limits.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish through the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including ensuring that you hold the rights to it and that it complies with applicable law and any third-party platform rules.

Stock media, templates, and preloaded content supplied within the Service may be used within websites you build with it. They may not be extracted and redistributed as standalone assets.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as payment processors, email and autoresponder platforms, and content sources. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Where you sell products through your own payment account, you are the merchant of record for those transactions and are responsible for fulfilment, tax, and customer support relating to them.

Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in advance. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment partners; we do not store your full payment card details.

One-time purchases grant access for the period stated on the offer. Where a plan is recurring, it renews at the stated interval until cancelled.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and branding, remains the property of ViralVault AI and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralVault AI against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

On termination, your licence ends. We may delete account data after a reasonable period; export anything you wish to keep before terminating.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
